What I mean is there are "Mega Churches" opening up everywhere, and all too many small Churches are closing their doors for lack of members. Heaven is popular, but hell is not. Tell me how good I am, so I feel no conviction. I can go to Joel's church lost, and leave Joel's Church just as lost. A great falling away in the last days. Hearts waxing cold. The consciousness of mankind is being severed. This is proof of the last days...And it will be severe...There was a person claiming that when we have an issue with a fellow Christian, we are to go to Him/Her in Private and if they will not hear you, then you go to them with other Christians and if it still is not resolved.....Joel is no brother of mine. He is no man of God. He is a person that is blind and he is leading others that are blind...Ask yourself, Are people falling on their knees and crying out Lord forgive me I am a sinner? Are people getting victory over their past transgressions? Are there any transformed lives that once were deep in sin? A public speaker does not make you saved. There is only one way to Heaven. There was A Door Hung On Calvary, and It Hinges On The Cross. Jesus died for you, because mankind was indeed sinful, their thoughts are always wicked. We needed a Savior, an Ultimate sacrifice. What exactly does Joel preach that we are being saved from? Financial difficulties? Bad Attitude towards our mates? Does Joel weep over the lost person that rejects Christ and dies and goes to hell, simply because that hell fire brimstone preaching just steps on too many toes? A man that has his own name on a building, and has said in an Interview with Larry King that if this "preaching thing" does not work out, he will then try something else, Does this sound like a person devoting his life to the ministry? Does this sound like a man so thankful that the grace of God saved even him, even though we all are unworthy? Does this sound like a man, headed for hell, and one day he asked God to forgive him? Did Joel cry out and say, I know I am a sinner, I believe that Jesus Christ was the Son of God? Did Joel humble himself before a perfect Savior, and trust on Him for redemption? Ask yourself, if you died driving home from Joel's Church, would you go to the Heaven in God's Word, or would you go to the heaven according to Joel's word? Just because a person knows scripture, does not make them a preacher, nor does it mean they are saved. Satan has used scripture to tempt people, even the Son of God. Satan used the "Word" to try to tempt "THE WORD" Jesus Christ. You probably wait in miles of traffic to go see Joel every week, but did you know where ever you are at, God loves you? Did you know that you can obtain mercy and grace by kneeling by your bed and asking the One who paid your sin debt in full, to come into your heart and cleanse you from all your unrighteousness? Did you know that God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son? That whosoever believeth on Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life? Do you sleep at night? Do you have Joy in your life? Do you have the victory? Or are you looking for a church that allows you to continue to live the way you want to live, and have no conviction? You pay Joel to listen to him and read his books, but did you know, That Jesus Already Paid Your Debt? Did you know Salvation is a Free Gift accepted by Faith? Nicodmeus asked Christ one night, "What must I do to inherit eternal life"? Jesus said, "You Must Be Born Again". No one person on this earth can offer you redemption.
