DEAR FOLKS,
So often we hear someone say or we say to someone else, “Have a good day.” Most of the time it means to have a happy day. Here are some ways to have a good day:
Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
Psalms 119:1-4
THE WONDER OF HAPPINESS
Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
We will be happy when we have been justified by faith and have peace with God.
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Romans 5:1
THE WALK IN HIS WORD
“who walk in the law of the Lord.”
“They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.”
We will also have a good day when we saturate ourselves in the Word of God.
THE WORK OF OBEDIENCE
“Blessed are they that keep his testimonies”
“Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently”
It is also a good day when God is pleased with our obedience.
THE WHOLENESS OF HEART
“and that seek him with the whole heart”
A day totally committed to the Lord is a good day.
